Canada (Coupa) FAQ

AECOM has contracted with Geiger to source and fulfill branded promotional products. Based in the U.S., Geiger is one of the largest family owned and operated, and the largest privately held, promotional products distributor in the world.

Regions

We hand-selected products to meet the needs for each region (the U.S., Canada and Europe). If you are located outside of the regions listed on the “Regions” tab, please contact us directly so we can work with you to best fulfill your needs.

Product Selection

We've chosen our products based on employee feedback to ensure you have what you need when you need it. Our products reflect our ESG values. It’s important to us that the products representing the AECOM brand are functional, affordable, sustainable and stylish.

How to Order

There is a $100 minimum purchase requirement for ordering through Coupa. After selecting your purchases, that meet the minimum of $100, and adding to your cart, select "Continue to Checkout". This will bring you to the Coupa checkout page. Select "Ship To" address using the magnifying glass icon and be sure to update the billing information next to each item, also by selecting the magnifying glass icon. When complete, select "Submit for Approval". Once your requisition is approved a PO will be generated and your order will process.

Placing an International Order

We can fulfill orders worldwide through our distribution partners located in the U.S., Canada, the UK and Europe to ensure that employees in these regions can get products locally and quickly. If you live outside of the regions indicated on the “Region” drop down menu, please contact us directly so we can help direct you to the best place to fulfill your order.

When will I receive my order? (UPS)

You can expect in-stock items to ship within 24 hours of placing your order. Refer to the shipping map below for ground time in transit from our warehouse:

For on-demand items, please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and allow an additional 3-5 days for ground transit from the manufacturer.

Shipping and transit times do not include weekends and holidays and cannot be guaranteed under extenuating circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions.

Merchandise pricing does not include shipping. Please refer to the table below to calculate your shipping cost based on order total:

Please note that international shipments are subject to duties and customs fees above and beyond standard shipping charged by Talbot Marketing Inc. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver and payment may be required before delivery of your package will be completed. Contact your local courier or customs office for details.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, you cannot ship to multiple locations when processing an order in Coupa.

How do I update my billing/shipping address or other account information?

You can update your billing/shipping address, change your password, and view your order history through the My Account page. The My Account page link is in the top of the home page between Log Out and Order History. Once under My Account, choose My Address to update the billing address, or Shipping Addresses to update the shipping address. You can also choose Change Password, View Orders, and Manage Quotes on this page.

What is an “on-demand” item?

An on-demand item is a product that is not pre-printed and stocked in our warehouse but is produced on a per-request basis. Having items that are on-demand allows us to offer to more premium products that tailored to your needs. On-demand items take longer to ship, as we produce them specially for you, so please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and plan accordingly. On-demand items may also require a minimum order quantity to meet production requirements.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by Customer Service. Contact us for return authorization. All claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returns of non-defective merchandise must be made within 30 days and may incur a 20% restocking fee. We can only accept returns to non-defective merchandise if the item is inventoried in our warehouse. Sorry, custom/on-demand items are not subject to return unless defective.
